Cryolipolysis
Fat freezing is a procedure that does not require surgical intervention, which easily gets rid of the unwanted fat layer and helps in areas where diet and exercise are difficult.
How does fat freezing work?
The effectiveness of cryololysis is based on the combined action mechanism of vacuum and cold. The essence of the method is the local cooling of the areas sucked in by the vacuum, during which the surrounding tissues are not damaged. This is possible because fat cells are less resistant to cold than the tissues surrounding them, so the procedure affects the fat cells in a targeted manner, while the other tissues are not damaged. During cryolpilolysis , fat cells go through a so-called apoptosis (cell death), these cells crystallize and are later removed from the body during metabolic processes.
During the treatment, we can work with two treatment heads at the same time. The duration of the process is typically between thirty and fifty minutes, depending on the thickness of the fat layer to be treated. Thanks to the two heads, the outer and inner thighs, the waist, or both halves of the abdomen can be treated at the same time.
At first, when the treatment head sucks in the area, the procedure may be a little uncomfortable due to the vacuum, but after a few minutes the guest’s skin gets used to it. At the same time, it is important to note that the reaction can be different for each guest, since the sensitivity, composition, and thickness of the guest’s skin are all influencing factors.
Density of treatments, effect:
Freezing treatments should be repeated every four to five weeks to achieve the best results. As a result of the treatment, we are less able to regain fat in the treated area, the result is permanent. The change will be continuously visible in the 3-4 weeks following the treatment, because the body needs some time for the biological processes to take place, during which the fat cells leave our body through natural metabolic processes. The emptying and absorption process of fat cells takes time, so the final development of the results usually takes 2-4 months.
The recommended number of treatments on one body part is a maximum of 3-4 sessions. This usually guarantees the desired result if the client is careful about adequate daily fluid intake, exercise and proper diet.
Contraindications to the treatment:
- cardiovascular disease
- kidney and liver disease
- an open wound on the given skin surface
- inflammatory , febrile disease
- implanted metal medical devices
- pacemaker
- pregnancy and breastfeeding
- nervous system disease
- hives
- excessive white blood cell precipitation
- low white blood cell levels
- untreated diabetes
